Cyber Bullying--(Promotioning Against It)
I made this before of the following experience I had to deal with where people were harassing me cyber bullying me, I want to put an edit to it. If you want to read the following and get to know why I wish to promote against Cyber Bullying that would be wonderful. I would also like more help in getting Cyber Bullying more known. So whatever help, comments, ideas. Anything you have to promote against Cyber Bullying would be wonderful. I was thinking of even starting a blog about it. But again I need help for such a thing. Please and thank you!

After what I experienced by people who can still claim to be human beings, instead of letting it break me down and ruin me. I decided to begin the journey on trying to make cyber bullying more known. I already sent an email to FoxNews and I am planning on taking my skills in writing to publish my experience with cyber bullying in the local newspaper. BUT there is something else I would like to accomplish to help promote Cyber Bullying. One of my dear friends who I love very much, suggested I tweet at Tom Hiddleston and ask him for help in promoting Cyber Bullying.
I believe he would be the perfect person to do such a thing and he has promoted so many other things, why not this as well? Some of my friends have also tweeted him asking to speak out against it. And I believe if we just had a little more help from you, we could have an icon whom most look up to. Speaking out against Cyber Bullying and if not, than we'll find another icon and try again. This Cyber Bullying and harassment needs to end and it's worth a try in doing anything to get it to end. I did some research and found out some interesting fact about bullying and suicide as found below.
- Suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people, resulting in about 4,400 deaths per year, according to the CDC. For every suicide among young people, there are at least 100 suicide attempts. Over 14 percent of high school students have considered suicide, and almost 7 percent have attempted it.
- Bully victims are between 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims, according to studies by Yale University
- A study in Britain found that at least half of suicides among young people are related to bullying
- 10 to 14 year old girls may be at even higher risk for suicide, according to the study above
- According to statistics reported by ABC News, nearly 30 percent of students are either bullies or victims of bullying, and 160,000 kids stay home from school every day because of fear of bullying
- 4500 kids commit suicide each year
And that isn't even about cyber bullying.
These facts below are about Cyber bullying:
- 42% of teenagers with tech access report being cyberbullied over the past year
- 81% of young people think bullying online is easier to get away with than bullying in person
- 20% of kids cyberbullied think about suicide, and 1 in 10 attempt it
- Nearly 43% of kids have been bullied online. 1 in 4 has had it happen more than once.
- 70% of students report seeing frequent bullying online.
- Over 80% of teens use a cell phone regularly, making it the most common medium for cyber bullying.
- 68% of teens agree that cyber bullying is a serious problem.
- Only 1 in 10 victims will inform a parent or trusted adult of their abuse
- Bullying victims are 2 to 9 times more likely to consider committing suicide
I am having a hard time believing these facts are true....Is this really how other human beings treat other? "It's thing like this that make me lose faith in humanity" and it needs to be more known. So if you are willing to help us tweet at Tom Hiddleston and ask him if he can do something about it, make a comment, speak out against Cyber Bullying. Anything would be helpful.
